Lee is a two-time exited founder who scales brands by building the communities around them. She co-founded Ivy, the platform that became the operating system for more than 2,400 design firms before its acquisition by Houzz, and led Clay as CEO through its acquisition by Kangarootime. Today she is also Hulken's Chief Revenue Officer, where she built the retail engine behind partners like Target, The Container Store, and QVC.

Alex has built companies her whole career. She co-founded Ivy, acquired by Houzz, and Clay, the AI-powered education platform acquired by Kangarootime. As co-founder and President of Hulken, she runs a $50M+ consumer brand with a team of seven: living proof of what a lean company can do when the operating system underneath it is right.
